What should I do when I get to the store?

Within three days* of receiving your Store Pickup Notification email, please bring these items to the store:

  • A printout of the Store Pickup Notification email
  • The credit card used to reserve your item (you can use this card or another method of payment to pay for your item at the time of pickup)

Please note: To ensure your security against fraud, only the person whose name is on the Store Pickup Notification email can pick up the order at the store.

  • Check with the associate at the store entrance or the Customer Service desk for directions to the Product Pickup area.
  • Your item(s) will be ready at the Product Pickup area. For select items, the store will arrange for retrieval from inventory (this may take a few minutes).

*If you have not picked up your purchase within three days, your order will be cancelled. Your credit card will not be charged.
