Our Lowest Price Guarantee

Our Lowest Price Guarantee makes sure you get the best price on the products you buy at Cybbay and cybbay.com.

Either prior to purchase or within 30 days of purchase (14 days for computers, monitors, printers, notebook computers, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors, cellular and wireless devices, portable DVD players, and air conditioners) should you find a lower advertised price, including those on the internet from an authorized Canadian Dealer, we will match that (Note: if the price is lower than our cost, we’ll give you at the cost).

Simply present us with your original Cybbay or cybbay.com sales receipt, along with proof that the item you bought is being advertised at a lower price. Once our staff verifies that the item is in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery at the advertised price, you will receive your refund. If you purchased the item from cybbay.com and there is no Cybbay store in your area, you can contact us at (514) 447-9188 or by email at info@cybbay.com.

The advertised item must be of the same brand and model as the purchased product, must be new and factory sealed, and subject to a manufacturer's warranty applicable in Canada. Advertised prices must be in Canadian dollars, and will be calculated to include all charges applicable for next day delivery to your home address. Our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, OEM products, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, and special financing offers.

The terms and conditions of the Lowest Price Guarantee are subject to change without notice.

Methods of Payment

It's easy to make a purchase at cybbay.com. You can pay for your order with a Cybbay gift card, Cybbay store credit, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express issued from both Canadian and American financial institutions.

Exchanging or Returning Products Purchased Online

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product at any Cybbay retail store in Canada.

For your convenience, we also accept returns by mail for orders that were shipped directly to you. Please fill out our Return Requests Form online in your account profile to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it, with all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip.

We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund in-store on most items you buy online, up to 30 days after your receive your order. We will gladly exchange Computers, Monitors, Custom Built Computers, Printers, Laptop Computers, Camcorders, Digital Cameras, Radar Detectors, Cellular and Wireless Devices, Portable DVD Players and Air Conditioners up to 14 days after you receive your order.

Items purchased online, but picked up in a store, can only be returned to one of our stores with the sales receipt provided at the time of the pickup.

Due to copyright laws, computer and game console software, music CDs, DVDs and videos in opened packages may only be exchanged for the same item. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

Holiday Returns & Exchange

To better serve you, Gift returns and exchanges will be accepted until January 2 of each year. Original receipt is required for full refund. Gift Receipt returns are for store credit only. To ensure quality service, returns in-store will not be processed on December 26-27 and on-line December 24 through 28.

Purchasing by Minors

For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Misprints

We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our website. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the unit back and offer you a full refund.

Advertising Rebate Policy

Any applicable taxes are calculated and payable on the price before rebate. Applicable postage must be paid on mail-in rebates. Rebates payable in US dollars are subject to currency fluctuations and may be subject to Canadian bank processing fees. Cybbay is not responsible for manufacturer mail-in rebates.

Fixing errors or misprints

We strive to prevent errors. How we fix them depends on the error. If we find that a product description is incorrect, for example, we'll correct it.

In general, you should know that prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered. Cybbay reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, cybbay.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

While Cybbay takes steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product and third-party services information provided, please refer to the originator of the information (e.g., the manufacturer) for complete product details.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer/publisher. Please take shipping time into consideration.
