How do I return an item?

You can either bring your item to Cybbay retail store or return it by mail to our return centre. Exchanges can only be made at Cybbay store.


Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund more quickly by returning online orders at Cybbay retail store.

Your electronic invoice (printable online from your Cybbay.com account) is required as proof of purchase.

Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.

In-Store Pickup

Follow the same procedure as for store returns.

For an In-Store Pickup order, there is no electronic invoice. These orders can only be returned to Cybbay retail store, with the invoice that you received when you picked up the order.


We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund in Cybbay retail store on most items you buy online, up to 30 days after you receive your order. We will gladly exchange Computers, Monitors, Printers, Laptops, Camcorders, Digital Cameras, Cellular and Wireless Devices, Portable DVD Players and Air Conditioners up to 14 days after you receive your order.

If you would like to return an item please contact our Customer Care Department at (514) 447-9188. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

  • A major appliance delivered via special delivery that requires a pickup
  • A TV delivered via special delivery
  • Furniture delivered via special delivery
