How can I check my order's status?

  • Sign into “My Account“

  • Choose “Orders“ (or, select “Order Status” and choose your order number

  • Click on the tracking number to go to the carrier's website (e.g., UPS, Canada Post, etc.).

    For in-store pickup orders,  you will see the following limited updates to the status:

  • Order Created: We have successfully received your order request. The request is being sent to the store

  • Approved - In Progress: Your request is with the store. You will receive an additional email when we confirm availability of your order at the store (If you do not pick up your in-store item within three days of receiving your confirmation email, your order will be cancelled)

  • Completed: Your order has been reserved by the store

  • Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled
